So many women walk through life feeling not good enough. It manifests in various ways, such as not speaking up when you want to whether at work or at home, or enduring toxic dynamics with someone who no longer deserves your time and attention. When it becomes an identity you identify with, it takes a lot of courage, awareness, and inner work to change the way you see and treat yourself. May this letter from love remind you of how valuable you already are.
My Dearest,
You have always been enough for me. Don't ever think otherwise, even if sometimes it's hard to believe. In a world where constant comparison and relentless pursuit of perfection take priority, remember this: your worth is not measured by anyone else's standards or achievements.
No matter what other people think, none of it matters. What is essential is what you think about yourself. It's natural to have moments of doubt, especially when you feel like you’re lagging behind everyone else. Resist the urge to measure yourself against them. Your journey is uniquely yours. Own your brilliance, dear one.
You, my child, are a radiant soul, inherently worthy of respect. Even if others fail to recognize your wondrous existence, even if everyone you know turns their back on you, which is highly impossible, if you ask me, but if that happens, know that my love for you knows no bounds. You need not seek validation from them; you showing up for you is enough.
Allow the whispers of your heart to drown out the noise of doubt and insecurity. Remember the wisdom of the Desiderata: "You are a child of the Universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here."
Let these words serve as a reminder for you in moments when you feel less than, weary, and in need of divine inspiration.
As you journey through life, may you find solace in the knowledge that you are valuable and sacred. You are enough, just as you are. Your presence in this world is a gift, and you deserve to embrace it wholeheartedly.
With you no matter what,
Love
